Gerald Celente says that by the end of 2010 the DEPRESSION will be all to apperant to all. “It’s not a recovery; it’s a cover up.” This depression will be worldwide and deeper and longer than 1929. 1929 was 10 years long; this one will be 20 years long from my research of opinions from economist who foresaw the 2008 fall.

A local bank in Sonoma County failed last Friday. Another bank took over the assets. All of the stockholders of the failed bank lost everything. The stock had already gone from $31/share to $1/share. All due to bad commercial loans.

Thanks Deb, And good morning to everyone. Just hold your breath til the jobless job market comes back? I walked into a nail saloon to ask for directions the other day. Eight employees and one customer. Four units in this strip mall ( affluent Pennington, N.J.). All empty but the nail saloon. This is what sets the retail / commercial real estate rates in the U.S. today. Eight people to polish one rich woman’s fingernails? We may have more room to move down in this market.
